- Organizes and supports all levels of polo for its members.
- Supports new player development through polo schools, clinics, and outreach programs
- Promotes and organizes tournaments to attract intrastate, interstate, and inter-circuit play in Virginia in accordance with the rules of the United States Polo Association (USPA)
Polo School
Introduce ~ Educate ~ Play
- Introduce: Come try and introductory polo lesson or clinic
- Educate: Join the adult or youth polo school group for a season
- Play: Join the club and play with us
Our Method
We first introduce our students to the sport with private or semi private mounted lessons or a polo clinic. After using these lessons to learn the basics of riding a polo pony and the swing we encourage students to join one of our group lessons where we challenge students further to learn the sport. Eventually through preparation in these group lessons we invite players to join the Roseland Polo Club and play!
Our Schedule
Lessons are held April - November, Tuesdays-Saturdays
Students are also invited to watch polo with us every Sunday May 30th - October for polo at King Family Vineyards at the dedicated polo school tailgate. This is a great way to watch and learn together!
